Away in Rugby teaching the usual ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) course. I was going to have some time off Thu and Fri but now I’ll be in London doing a new (to me) course. 5 days actually working in one week? Outrageous!

I think we had our first availability-related incident today, and possible first RFC (Request for Change) with unexpected downtime consequences (or at least, unexpected by me!)

As well as being store manager and general helper in Sewstitchy, I’ll also be using our IT-related experiences as my own personal case study for my quest to become an ITIL Master mwahaha…
