We calculate the shipping charges based on the weight of the items ordered, the destination of the order and the shipping method selected.
You can choose the method of shipping that suits you best from the options available.
For UK orders we currently offer 1st Class and 2nd Class and Special Delivery.
For international orders we offer International Air Mail and International Signed For (Airmail).
We aim to dispatch orders within three working days once payment has cleared. However, there may be occasions when items are back-ordered and we will inform you of this. If your entire order is not available we will usually ship what we have and the remainder will follow separately at no extra cost.
If your order does not arrive within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will endeavour to help.
Sew Stitchy cannot be held liable for damage to your order whilst in transit. We make every reasonable effort to ensure your order arrives in good condition.
For international orders, you are responsible for complying with your local regulations and customs requirements, and such charges, fees or tax duties applied in your destination country must be borne by you. Sew Stitchy has no control over, and often no knowledge of, such charges. Where customs clearance procedures are applied, this may cause delays beyond our expected delivery dates.
Distance Selling Regulations allow you 14 days from receipt of your order to return it if you change your mind. All items must be returned in an unopened, resaleable condition. You are responsible for paying the postage if you return something because you change your mind and Sew Stitchy will not refund the original postage paid with your order.
If your order does not arrive in a satisfactory condition please contact Sew Stitchy to arrange the return. We will endeavour to resolve any issues with orders. We will not refund for goods returned without contacting Sew Stitchy first.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by the above conditions.
